CEO is in charge of environment, health, safety, and quality. Safety & Quality Team in headquarter is the department responsible for environment, health, safety, quality management at corporate level.
The representatives of branch offices are in charge of environment, health, safety, and quality management in respective branch, so as to make sure to prevent an accident.
They are also responsible for safety & quality inspection, health & environment management activities in each project site. Also a safety manager(legally required) and the head of each part are appointed as supervisors. Besides, we are training employees through our own and commissioned training program.
